Content sharing agreement

Agreement version: 2026-09-15. This agreement covers shares created through the MyShare website, extension or other interfaces, including websites, APIs, selected HTML files and content updated, loaded or provided during a share. You must actively check the agreement box and confirm before creating a share.

1. Compliance with applicable local laws internationally

You must ensure that your content and sharing activity comply throughout the share with applicable local laws, regulations and this agreement. This obligation is not limited to China: it includes laws that apply in your location, place of business and the countries or regions where you provide, distribute or direct content. Obtain required permissions and authorizations. Comply with applicable intellectual property, privacy and data protection, cybersecurity, child protection and export control requirements, and relevant service providers’ applicable usage rules. Cross-border access, temporary links, passcodes and anonymous use do not remove these obligations. Stop sharing if you cannot ensure compliance.

2. Content and authorization

You warrant that you hold the rights and authority needed to provide the content and expose the selected services, including legally required permission for others’ personal data or restricted information. You control the content, access scope, links and passcodes. Do not disclose third-party secrets, credentials or unauthorized personal information, or expose resources you have no right to control. Third-party or AI-generated content remains subject to your review and compliance obligations.

3. Prohibited uses

Do not use MyShare for malware, phishing, fraud, credential theft, unauthorized access or attacks; violations of intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights; child sexual exploitation material, non-consensual intimate imagery, unlawful incitement to violence or other legally prohibited content; unlawful transactions; or other activities that violate applicable law or this agreement. Do not bypass security checks, restrictions or service limits.

4. Sharer responsibility and platform liability

The sharer selects, provides and controls the content and bears responsibility under applicable law for its legality and for sharing it. MyShare supplies technical connectivity and relaying. A share link or platform domain does not mean that MyShare created, endorsed, guaranteed or approved the content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, merely providing these technical services does not make MyShare responsible for content liabilities belonging to the sharer.

If your culpable breach of this agreement or applicable law directly causes third-party claims or platform losses, you must compensate those losses to the extent legally permitted and proportionate to your responsibility, including reasonable handling costs that are legally recoverable. This does not transfer losses caused by the platform’s own fault to you or expand or transfer liability where law does not permit it.

This agreement does not exclude or limit platform liability or statutory duties that cannot lawfully be excluded, or users’ mandatory legal rights. It does not bind regulators, courts or third parties that have not agreed to it. Responsibility depends on applicable law and the actual facts. No provision permits unlawful content.

5. Enforcement, reports and appeals

For suspected unlawful content, rights violations, breaches of this agreement or threats to service security, MyShare may and will, where legally required, take necessary measures. These include stopping shares, restricting relevant services, addressing valid reports and lawfully preserving or disclosing necessary existing records. Measures depend on the evidence, risk and applicable law, including any required notice or opportunity to appeal.

Send reports or appeals to support@sharemydemo.com, with the share domain or URL without its passcode, the time, specific grounds, preliminary evidence and a reply contact. Rights holders should include legally required identity and rights documentation. Do not attach malware, unlawful material, passwords or share-control credentials. Contact support before submitting sensitive evidence. MyShare will assess reports under applicable law; sharers may provide contrary evidence and explanations.

6. Acceptance and later shares

Accepting the current version once covers later shares by that identity without repeated confirmation; your compliance duties continue for every share. Acceptance is recorded for your current signed-in account or, anonymously, the signed identity of this browser. Accounts do not inherit each other’s acceptance. Anonymous identity expiry, clearing cookies or switching browsers requires another confirmation. If a material revision requires renewed agreement, the new version will be shown for explicit acceptance. See the privacy notice for records and retention.

Service scope

MyShare creates temporary preview links for local content. Keep your computer, browser and relevant local services running. Browser sharing also needs the sharing tab open; the extension can continue after that page closes once its background connection is ready. This is not offline hosting or production deployment.

Every share has a temporary passcode. Anyone with the complete link, or the link and passcode, can enter. Share only content you are entitled to provide, protect your account, email access and share-control credentials, and let visitors use their own application identities. Do not use the service to access unapproved local origins or bypass another person’s access controls.

Plans and billing

Monthly processing allowances: Free 100,000 operations / 10 active HTTP hours; Pro 1,000,000 / 100 hours; Studio 3,000,000 / 300 hours. Operations include preview requests and tunnel messages in reserved batches; unused reservations may count toward usage. These allowances reset by UTC calendar month and are shared across web and extension use under your account or anonymous browser identity.

Free is not limited to 10 shares per month. Each link lasts up to 1 hour from creation. Active HTTP time measures request handling and connection setup in reserved one-minute windows. Short requests use a window too; concurrent requests on one link use the same window. Reserved time is not refunded, but idle time after setup does not keep using it. Simply reading a loaded page does not keep using time; background polling, analytics and replay uploads can. Different shares add up separately.

For example, if a link lasts one hour but all requests and connection setup reserve only five minutes in total, five minutes count toward your allowance, not one hour. Continuous requests or long responses keep using time, with small overlaps possible when a window renews. Separately, Free allows up to 20 new shares per UTC day and 1 active share at a time; transfer, operation and per-IP limits also apply.

Studio includes 1 GiB of monthly replay reservations. Each replay-enabled share reserves 50 MiB, including recordings later deleted. Stopping or extending a share does not refund operation, active-time or replay reservations. Processing pauses at your allowance; no automatic overage charges apply. A response closes after 60 seconds without progress or 15 minutes total. Other users do not consume your allowance. Per-IP anti-abuse limits also apply.

Paid plans renew automatically each month in USD. Stripe shows the amount due before checkout. Live checkout makes a real charge; only clearly labeled test-mode checkout avoids real charges. Free sharing needs no account and never automatically converts to a paid subscription.

Paid access depends on the subscription and payment state confirmed by the server. After Stripe checkout, return to your account and refresh the subscription. If payment is not confirmed yet, retry shortly or contact support rather than buying twice.

Shares stop at their transfer or time limit; there are no automatic overage charges. Browser and extension shares use the same active-share allowance, and each link can serve multiple visitors. Active paid shares reserve transfer allowance; unused allowance is returned when the share ends. MB and GB use decimal units.

Cancel renewal or stop a share

Cancel automatic renewal under Account → Plans & billing → Manage billing & renewal. Access continues through the paid period, with no automatic charge for the next period. You can restore renewal before expiry. Failed payments do not extend paid access.

Stop share closes that preview only; it does not cancel a subscription. Extending a paid share does not reset usage or exceed the paid period. Existing free shares keep their original limits after an upgrade; create a new share to use paid allowances.

Saved addresses and visitor feedback

Reserved names and domains stay with your account and are not reassigned to another account when a share stops. Self-service renaming and deletion are not currently available. You must own and verify your custom domain through DNS. Browsers may retain project cookies and storage at a reused address.

Analytics and replay need owner activation and the visitor’s corresponding consent. Comments are submitted voluntarily. See the privacy notice for handling and retention. Do not include sensitive credentials in comments or support requests.

Billing, refunds and support

For mistaken charges, duplicate payments, unavailable paid access, or other refund and billing questions, contact support@sharemydemo.com. Include your account email, Stripe receipt or order reference and a description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers or passwords. We’ll review the order and service circumstances and respond with the next steps.

You can use the same email for connection, file or project compatibility questions. Check the sharing guide and current compatibility first, and remove credentials and private content from any diagnostic details.
